Overview :
The RF500 Inline SMT Reflowsoldering system heating
profile are superior to batch & other ovens for
several reasons.Each heating zone is programable through
the controller which stores upto 100 profiles. The oven
includes real time tempreture profile port. When the
termo couple is attached to the PC board the actual
Reflow temprature profile is displayed grafically as
the board travels through the oven.
The conveyor speed heating elements hot air flow &
cooling fans are also programmable.The Oven also features
SPC Fault monitoring & Reporting. Pb-free process
is possible. Te reflow zone temprature can go upto 300°C.
